The most important part of my role as a Psychologist is connecting, allowing my clients to share their story, at their pace and in their own time. I ensure that when they walk into my therapy room, I create a space of kindness, safety and compassion. Although I frequently support children and adults throughout the lifespan, I find that I most thoroughly enjoy supporting women and adolescents. I find that every woman has her own story of resilience and inner strength and it is such an honour to be part of their journey. I also find that adolescents are at a beautiful stage of life where they are curious about themselves and who they will become.
Since I was 15 years old, I have known that I wanted to be a psychologist and I still believe that it is the best job in the whole world.
