Dr Andrew Mullett
MBBS FRACGP
Dr Andrew started medicine in 2011 after graduating from Griffith University, and worked for many years doing Emergency Medicince. He has extensive experience in managing acute disease and has developed broad experience in General Practice. Andrew recently attained Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, after an arduous two years of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Throughout the many years of hospital work and, He has developed a wide range of skills and experience, including palliative care, renal medicine, adolescent mental health, minor procedures and coordination of compilcated medical problems.
Andew has a particular interest in procedural work, particularly repair of minor injuries (for example, suturing wounds) and minor ENT procedures, such as removal of foreign bodies and stubborn impacted wax.
Andrew is dedicated to promoting preventative health and welcome the care of folks from all backgrounds.
He is also an authorised prescriber for nicotine products for the purpose of smoking cessation and harm reduction.
Dr Sharandeep Kaur

Dr Kaur completed MBBS in India and has been practising as a doctor in Australia since 2012. Her previous work as medical registrar in various hospitals in Queensland, provides her extensive knowledge and skills to manage diverse range of conditions for adult medicine.
She has specific interests in women’s health, skin cancer early diagnosis and management, and chronic disease management for adults. She has excellent communication skills, attention to detail and thorough approach to her work.

Eloise studied a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at University of the Sunshine Coast, graduating in 2019 – making her one of our up and coming dietitians here at Apple-A-Day Dietetics. She is a passionate and ambitious health professional, committed to improving the nutrition, health and wellbeing of others while being an advocate for sustainable and realistic long-term change.
Eloise uses her extensive nutrition knowledge and drive to support a variety of client ambitions, while remaining open-minded to individual preferences. She offers a fresh approach to dietetics, empowering her clients to take control of their food choices and achieve their goals.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, laying by the pool, watching movies and cooking.
Physio (John Den-Kaat)
John Den-Kaat is the owner and Principal Physiotherapist of Redlands Physiotherapy. He graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist in Glasgow in 1990 and worked within the NHS as Senior Physiotherapist before moving to the Redlands in 1998.
Being a highly trained ‘hands on’ practitioner John offers a one to one whole person treatment approach and through education and preventative management strategies he effectively treats the root CAUSE of conditions and not just the symptoms.
Although he has extensive experience in all facets of Physiotherapy treatments his special interest area is spinal treatment and rehabilitation.
As well as being a keen runner John has provided Sports Physiotherapy to individuals of all sporting and athletic levels within the Redlands for over 20 years. From recreational athletes and weekend warriors, to competitive athletes .
